We collect your laundry from your resort accommodation every morning at approximately 9:00 AM. Just have your bag ready!

We professionally wash, dry and neatly fold all your laundry using quality detergents and care.

Return by 9 AM Next Day
Your Clean, fresh and folded laundry is delivered back to you by 9:00 AM the following morning.

Service Terms & Conditions

  • Pick up and return: Pick up is at 9 AM every morning, and it will be returned by 9 AM next morning. 
  • Weight Calculation: If the laundry weighs more than 1.2 Kg, it will be counted as 2 Kg. 
  • Service Limitations: We don not do stain treatment or dry cleaning. 
  • Ironing: If you need iroing services, you can ask and it’s subject to availability. 
  • Liability: We do not take responsibility for damages due to the manufacturing flaws, nor for damages due to the age or sun-bleaching of the garment. 
  • Additional Disclaimer: We do not take responsibility for shrinkage, loss of color, broken buttons or the zippers. 
  • Payment: We only accept payment by card on the return of the laundry.
